Our journey began with a simple but powerful vision—to create a sustainable, community-driven agricultural model that not only produces high-quality livestock but also uplifts smallholder farmers, promotes environmental responsibility, and transforms agro-tourism in Uganda.
As a self-funded entrepreneur, our founder invested 100% into building this farm from the ground up, driven by a deep passion for regenerative agriculture and rural empowerment. Seeing the challenges that smallholder farmers faced—lack of market access, food waste, and unsustainable farming practices—we knew there had to be a better way.
We started by integrating a circular economy approach, sourcing maize stalks and sugarcane tops from local farmers to produce nutritious silage for our livestock. This not only reduced agricultural waste but also provided farmers with a stable income.
We expanded by introducing organic manure sales, improving soil fertility while reducing reliance on chemical fertilizers. As our farm grew, so did our vision. We ventured into farm-to-table agro-tourism, inviting guests to experience authentic Ugandan hospitality while learning about sustainable livestock farming.
Today, we proudly breed goats, sheep, and poultry, supply organic meat to local and international markets, and provide immersive experiences through our hotel and restaurant. But our story is far from over. We are continuously innovating, scaling, and working alongside our community to redefine agriculture, sustainability, and rural prosperity in Uganda.
